Since 2021, we've had 600+ participants do the challenge already

Here's what some of them
have to say about it:

"It’s extra-stressful living on this lonely, warming planet if you are fully cognisant of the dire severity of the IPCC’s “Code Red for Humanity” warning in its 2021 Report! All life on our planet is existentially threatened by burning Fossil Fuels. That’s an authentic, realistic personal stressor!

My heightened stress is not so much for myself, I am 80. But I am deeply alarmed for our nine Grandchildren; and indeed all the children and all of life on this tiny, seemingly solitary, unique planet.

In general, to reduce personal stress: ACTIVELY AND CONSISTENTLY HELP OTHERS, DO GOOD! But what is the good that I personally can do for life on the planet? This is where What Can I Do? Australia offers a very helpful service by preparing and promoting a ten-week plan, a ten week TO DO list! I love the plan and I enjoy knowing others are with me on the plan. The ten helpful weekly actions are explained carefully, and the rationales are compelling. I enthusiastically pursued the specified action each week. It was exhilarating! I respond strongly and positively to TO DO lists!"

"I heard about the challenge halfway through but I found it very informative and helpful, in being more conscious about different solutions to the climate crisis I wasn't aware of."
